The LightHouse S is the smallest of five size variants in the LightHouse LivingHome series, a range of ADUs designed by Alchemy Architects (Minnesota) and manufactured by Plant Prefab in California. At 310 sq ft it provides a studio layout with one bathroom and in-unit laundry, and is factory built as a single module that can be installed on site in one day. Hard costs cover factory fabrication, transport, installation and sitework.
What We Love
At 310 sq ft the LightHouse S includes in-unit laundry, one-day installation and LEED Platinum targeting as standard. Most sub-350 sq ft ADUs make you choose between compactness and liveability. This one treats them as the same brief.
