The LightHouse M is a 380 sq ft studio ADU from the LightHouse LivingHome series, designed by Alchemy Architects and manufactured by Plant Prefab. It is a single module factory built unit that installs in one day, includes in-unit laundry, and targets LEED Platinum and net zero energy performance. Hard costs cover factory fabrication, transport, installation and sitework.
What We Love
In-unit laundry in a 380 sq ft studio is the first thing most manufacturers cut at this size. The LightHouse M includes it as standard, which is the difference between a dwelling that functions independently and one that relies on a shared facility just outside.
