Sunset BUD 1.4 LivingHome

The Sunset BUD 1.4 is the largest variant in the Sunset BUD LivingHome series, offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms across 1,200 sq ft with an integrated garage. Designed by Burdge Architects with Sunset magazine and Plant Prefab for California wildfire-prone areas, it uses fire resistant aluminum siding, doors and roofing, and features a master suite, an optional Murphy bed and outdoor shower. Hard costs cover factory fabrication, transport, installation and sitework.
