About This Home
The TimberCab 1226 offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms across 1,226 square feet, built using FabCab's timber-frame-plus-SIP panelized shell system. The home is designed in collaboration with FabCab's architecture team, with the structural shell manufactured off site and assembled on site by a local general contractor. Interior finishes are selected from three named palettes, each with two sub-variants.
What We Love
The TimberCab 1226 is where two bathrooms become practical without the floor area climbing past what a standard lot can absorb.
